There is a fireplace with wood burning, possibility for barbecue, refrigerator, and stove/cooking with gas. There are plates, bowls, glasses, cups and cutlery, cheese slicer, and can opener. The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.

It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
