Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

A view that can be seen of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as many attractions. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes walk away. Many sports activities are offered in summer and winter: sailing, skiing (mountains easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more. The apartment is newly renovated and offers you the most beautiful sunsets.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about a 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.

There are also numerous ways to spend a nice time outside in nature in the immediate surroundings. Just walk out the door and up the mountain!
