The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. In the lush and spacious courtyard, there is also another residential building where the host lives.

Here you can get to know the life of the farm, milking and taking care of the animals if you want. Our farm's cows include gentle individuals and, among other things, all Finnish cattle breeds. In addition to the main building, Mummolan's rent includes a separate lakeside sauna. Waterways and magnificent forest areas dominate the region, but in Mummol you can also easily explore the lively summer village of Lohilahti.

Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
