Wonderfull 2 room studio in the old city of Passau

Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heated with a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's wagon can also be rented. Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe and head free wars in the middle of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).
