There are 5 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. On the terrace you can enjoy your life with a coffee creation, which you can get out of the coffee machine for free. What else could you ask for?

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment and added it to my 4-star AVA apartment complex. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of the main house. Rooms: Entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The rooms are modern and brightly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Piknik Stúdió

The modern, nicely furnished studio with a separate entrance in the resort area of Fertőrákos provides accommodation for 2 people or for a family with one or two small children. The studio's equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The studio has a private parking lot. Guests are required to pay a local tourist tax of 450 HUF (1.50 EUR).
