Located at the intersection of the cities of Rennes, Vitré and Fougères, this pleasant apartment of 38 m² completely renovated in 2020, is located in the heart of the historic center of St Aubin du Cormier labeled Petite Cité de Charactère, close to the shops of the city center. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (top table fridge with freezer compartment, induction table, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), seating area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, toilet.

At the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Rennes, "La Licorne" is a pretty 40 m2 house, a fully equipped 25 m2 living room-kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the bedroom: 1 double bed followed by the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room. Quasi-family cul-de-sac, quiet, south-facing on a courtyard (right of way) with small garden furniture. Quick temporary access possible by car during the day, free parking nearby. Arrival 3pm/7pm.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.

In the heart of Romantic Brittany and between the city center and Lake Combourg, you are ideally located for discovering the Cité Corsaire of Saint-Malo 35 km away, Rennes 32 km away and Mont Saint-Michel 32 km away.
