Right on the shore of the lake and 100 meters from the forest (there are mushrooms) there is a new modern villa overlooking the lake from every room. Neighbors - over 250m from the house. The nearest store is 850 m away. Full equipment + attractions - rowing boat, kapoki, ping-pong table, bonfire place, scooters for children and bicycle. 5 minutes to Iława and restaurants (they deliver meals), swimming pool, cinema, shops. Fish are biting.

The cottage is located in Urowo on Lake Kocioł (Iława Lake District). We especially recommend the place to lovers of peace and quiet who want to relax from the everyday hustle and bustle. Fishing, mushroom picking, hiking and cycling trips, and the proximity of nature are a proposition for active people as well as those who want to spend time with their loved ones in an interesting place. An air-conditioned cottage with an area of 70 m2, a single-story building with a usable attic where up to 6 people can comfortably rest.

In our house, we offer our guests a haven of relaxation and tranquility, where you can break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy contact with nature. There is a huge forest and a lake in the immediate vicinity. We have attractions such as table tennis, a volleyball court, a boat, and bicycles.
