Stilvolles Bauernhaus mit Bergpanorama

Ruhe, Privatsphäre und eine atemberaubende Bergkulisse erwarten Sie an diesem Wohlfühlort. Bauweise, Alter und Geschichte machen seine besondere Ausstrahlung aus. Das ganze Haus ist gepflegt, aber alt. Das Alter macht den Charme aus, bringt aber auch hier einen Kratzer, dort ein Stäubchen, etwas blätternde Farbe und wiederkehrende Spinnweben mit sich. Das Haus wurde im Frühling 2021 massiv renoviert und mit einer Solaranlage ausgestattet. Das Haus ist ideal für Familientreffen oder mit Freunden.

Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten: 180x200 cm), die sich das Badezimmer im OG teilen. Im UG ist die Küche, das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Terrasse mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Es ist ein Rückzugs- und Entspannungsort mit Blick in die Natur.
