The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.

The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
