It offers a living area with kitchen, seating area, wood-burning stove, sofa area and roof loggia, a very low (1.75 m) roof pitch and an unheated playroom in the barn. In the village, you can eat and shop very well. Public transportation runs every 20 minutes to the Voralpenland or 60 minutes to the center of Munich.
