There are 3 houses on the premises, but the Japanese-style main house and the Japanese-style separate building are currently unavailable for accommodation due to renovation plans. Guests will stay on the first floor of the 3-story building where the host lives, and there is a double bed for 2 people. When the guest is not there, it is the owner's bedroom, and it will be cleaned before guests stay. The owner sleeps in the living room during the guest's stay. There are many antiques in the old house, and you can view and purchase them. There is no key to the room from the outside, and it is locked from the inside when you go to bed, so your privacy is protected. If you are traveling alone or as a couple, you can sleep comfortably in a double bed, and the owner also uses it, but you can cook for yourself and take a relaxing bath in the living and dining room. For consecutive nights, you can also use the fridge and washing machine for free. Drinks in the fridge are free. Free pick-up and drop-off by Mercedes-Benz to Gifu Hashima Station or Ogaki Station, and free pick-up and drop-off to sightseeing spots within 10 km. Considering taxi fares and rental cars, the accommodation fee is cheap. I don't think it's expensive accommodation if you offset it. Breakfast is served at the coffee shop, and dinner is also served.
