Seagull cottage is a former Victorian coastguard cottage The cottage has been recently renovated and now boasts a stunning interior decorated simply and beautifully. However it is not the interior that is the major boast. The cottage has the beach for its back garden. Stunning views across the English Channel. Sandgate is a sought after location and there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants within minutes of the front door. Ideal for a relaxing or very active stay- your choice!

The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

The 2 floor guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to a separate main house (built 1852). The grd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a bathroom/wc. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with high ceilings & opens up onto the garden & decking area equipped with a hot tub/jacuzzi and a BBQ. The 3rd bedroom is a compact loft room with 2 single beds (accessed via ladder so not suitable for young children). This is not an airbnb for parties or loud gatherings.

Sunspot is a secluded location removed from the bustle. The house is close to the beach with great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness, a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.

Kingfisher Barn, so called because of our resident kingfisher on the adjacent pond, is a lovingly renovated outbuilding situated on the edge of the historic village of Appledore. There are three bedrooms and a large light-filled open-plan living space with everything you need for a family holiday or a romantic rural getaway.
