Hus med egen have på rolig villavej tæt på centrum. Boligen ligger få hundrede meter fra S-togstation Danshøj med kun er fire stop (8 minutter) til Københavns Hovedbanegård. Der er flere busstoppesteder i nærheden og fem minutter i bil til motorvej. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand. Huset har køkkenalrum, stue og to rum med i alt fire sengepladser plus legerum og kælder. I haven er der legehus og trampolin. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inkluderet. Der er ikke mulighed for opladning af elbil.

Kitchen/Livingroom with large sofa, big enough to sleep on. 85” tv and a 1 1/2 bed 120 x 200 cm. Nice bathroom. Privat home with private items

Huset har et dejligt køkkenalrum med et stort sofaområde, spisebord samt et stort og rummeligt køkken. Der er højstol og weekendseng i huset samt lidt legetøj. I kan parkere nemt og gratis lige foran huset, og der er ikke langt ind til centrum af København fra huset enten med bil eller s-tog.

Newly renovated apartment located in a quiet area 5 minutes' walk to Rødovre Station and 12 minutes' transport time to the center of Copenhagen. Very close to the apartment is a lovely park with lake, playground and ball fields. The apartment is 3 minutes from a large grocery store and 500 meters from Rebæk Brasserie and bar. It's about. 2 km to Rødovre Centrum, which is Denmark's largest shopping centre.

A pathway lined with small stones leads to a wooden entryway, partially shaded by a trellis covered in green vines. The entrance door is framed by a light wooden overhang, and garden beds can be seen on either side, adding a natural touch to the approach.

Her kan man parkere gratis og tage toget til indre by (ca 15 min). 5 min. gang til Hvidovre Friluftsbad og store grønne områder med vandre- og cykelstier. Tæt på motorvejen uden at man generes af støj.
