Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Here you live in Sweden's most famous parish Ljuder with proximity to a rich cultural heritage after Vilhelm Moberg while you are close to all the attractions within the Kingdom of Glass. Well-known place names such as Kosta, Skruv, Duvemåla, Orrefors are nice day trips. Or why not just stop for the magical nature that is around you when we visit us.

Here, away from speed and sensory overload, you can recharge your batteries in the middle of nature in a very special place. The guest house has about 25 square meters, sleeping places for 2 to 3 people, fireplace, fridge, 2 hotplates, camping toilet in an extra room and a covered terrace.
