New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

Beach Village Condo

Come enjoy this beautiful condo overlooking a golf course! Experience the local beach life in this beautiful home, only a 3 minute walk from the beach. Currently, we are experiencing more seaweed on the beach than normal during the summer months of June through August but there is still a wonderful pool to enjoy! There are many restaurant and beaches within the gated community to enjoy and we are happy to share our favorite recommendations both near and far.
