PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Mansarda di charme al quinto piano di un edificio signorle in centro città, in una strada defilata dal traffico ma a due passi dal Borgo Teresiano e dal Viale XX Settembre (zona ricca di negozi e locali di ogni genere), arredata nei mini particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. A pochi metri le fermate degli autobus di collegamento con la stazione Centrale, l'Università, il Lungomare di Barcola, il Castello di Miramare e Piazza dell'Unità, quest'ultima raggiungibile a piedi in 22 minuti circa.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Tourist tax is NOT included (2 EUR per person per night). Pets are allowed for extra 10 EUR per day per each pet. Apartment is suitable for old people and disabled - wheelchair accessible.Available is also baby bed for additional payment 10 Eur per one day. Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.
