Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

For Your additional relaxation You can enjoy at small indoor sauna and outdoor whirpool surrounded with lemon and orange trees. You will experience eastern coast of Istria in another way!
