Enjoy a holiday together with your friends. Villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living space is suitable for 1-3 families with children or up to 4 pairs of friends. The villa is a short walk from Lipno (300m to the beach), garden 3000 m2. The total usable space of the villa is 180 m2, of which 51 m2 is a living room with kitchenette, bar and dining table. From the living room is the entrance to a 54 m2 terrace overlooking Lake Lipno. 3 parking spaces. Garage for bikes, etc. available.

The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

The exterior of the modern brick house features a patio with a round dining table surrounded by red chairs and a matching umbrella. A BBQ grill is positioned nearby. Large windows invite natural light, while a green landscape extends beyond the property.

Nedaleko od nás se nachází sjezdovka nebo například vodní lyžování. Zapůjčení paddleboardu zdarma. Nebo si od nás pronajmi motorovou loď či šlapadlo.
