Vi leier ut vårt barndomshjem når vi ikke bruker det selv. Huset ligger i enden på veien og har ikke forbipasserende trafikk. Her kan man senke skuldrene og nyte øylivet, enten man vil slappe av, fiske, gå turer eller kose seg med venner. Det er kort vei ned til sjøen og gode solforhold. Når solen uteblir er det lunt på overbygd veranda. Det er god boltreplass både på eiendommen og i rundt. Tillegg for normal rengjøring 1400,-. Redusert rengjøringsgebyr for 2/få gjester på helg. Velkommen til vårt flotte og velutstyrte hus på kysten av Midt-Norge. Denne idylliske eiendommen er perfekt for opp til åtte gjester som ønsker å slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Lesund ligger i Aure kommune som er godt kjent for fin skjærgård og fine fjell med mange merkede turløyper i nærheten finnes ett kystfort fra andre verdenskrig som har fine turstier, grillområder samt en liten zipline for barn og ungdom. Lesund ligger ca midt mellom Kristiansund og Trondheim med 2t hver vei.

Arkitektegnet designhytte med panoramautsikt

Denne arkitekttegnede perlen av en hytte må bare oppleves! Den står på søyler og har fantastisk panoramautsikt mot storhavet. Hytten er fylt med norsk design og kvalitet og ligger på Villsaugården på Smøla. Dette er stedet du skal bo om du jakter på en romantisk «get away» for to. Men det er soveplasser til fire, pluss dobbel sovesofa, hvis dere vil være flere. Hytten er fullt utstyrt til seks personer. Panoramavinduet fyller nesten hele den ene veggen og gjør hytten til en opplevelse.

Koselig hus på Smøla til leie rett ved havet. Tre soverom med totalt fem soveplasser. Bad. Kjøkken. Stue. Vaskerom. Egen hage og uteområde. Huset er utstyrt med fullt kjøkken, håndklær og sengeklær. Wifi og TV er også inkludert. Huset ligger på egen tomt med garasje, parkeringsplasser, flere uteplasser og her får du de vakreste solnedgangene. Flotte muligheter for padling fra fjøra nedenfor huset. Kort vei til Hopen(5min kjøring) hvor du finner øyas butikker.
