Modern Pink House is very good choice to 1-2 guests. It is very close from Hongik university AREX(subway) station and bus station. It has 1 bed room(with kitchen), 1 queen size bed(with premium mattress) and 1 bath room. It is on Hongdae main street. Very good to sight seeing and shopping. Plus, convenience store is very close. My place is 3mins away from Hongdae station. It is one the best location in Seoul City. You can easily access here from Incheon International Airport. And easily access to all of the best hot spots in Seoul within 10~30 minutes. There are many shops beside my place. 24 hours convenience store, coffee shops, hair shop, bars, etc.
