Our charming 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for commuters, self-employed/service providers, people passing through or people who want to switch off for a few days. There is a bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) for up to 2 people as well as the possibility to add a mattress for a 3rd person. The apartment is 5 minutes from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Stuttgart city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 highways. The airport and the Stuttgart trade fair are about 16 km and 25 minutes away by car. The surrounding cities and the S-Bahn can be easily reached by bus with public transport (VVS). From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7-minute walk. By car, it is about to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg. 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached without changing trains with the S1.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house, it is entered through a separate entrance. There is a living area (with pull-out sofa bed), cooking/dining area (with fully equipped kitchen) as well as a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room you have a view of the terrace. On the terrace there is a table, chairs and a parasol. Pets are welcome. We have two dogs of our own.
