The home has a unique location just a few meters from the Oslofjord and swimming opportunities. There is a short distance to Oscarsborg ferry rental - Sundbrygga, Badeparken and Drøbak city center. The home is located on historic grounds overlooking Oscarsborg. Right above the property is Kopåsbatteriet, a cannon position that participated in the protection of the German warship Blucher on April 9, 1940. Drøbak's oldest house, Thorsehuset from 1760, is located on the same property. The house is worthy of protection and safeguarded with extensive work.

Everyone is welcome to rent our detached house. The house is in a peaceful location next to a small farm, and the forest is the closest neighbor. Peaceful location, but a good starting point for hikes. Only a 7-minute drive to Vestby, where you have a shopping center and the Oslo Fashion Outlet. From Vestby, it takes 20 minutes by train to Oslo. Swimming opportunities by the Oslo fjord are a 20-minute drive away. Tusenfryd amusement park 25 min. Unfortunately, there is no public transportation that passes by the property, so you are dependent on a car.

Welcome to Kippenes Fyr – our little "Rosehill cottage", a charming and family-friendly vacation home with a lot of history in the walls. Here you will find peace and quiet, winter and summer, and something for everyone: toys for the kids, a well-equipped kitchen for the cook, and a cozy reading corner for those who want to enjoy the silence. Large outdoor areas and access to the beach (north- and south-facing). The cabin is on 2 levels with a large living room, a kitchen with a good dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms (8–10 beds) and 2 bathrooms.

Short walk to nice beaches and cliffs, and there are great opportunities for great trips along the coastal path or in nice hiking terrain. The cabin has several large terraces in different levels with barbecue and outdoor kitchen where you can make dinner while enjoying the view.

Our annex is located next to beautiful nature. 45 minutes from Oslo. Here you can go out into the forest and get a view of the Oslofjord in two minutes. Have a memorable day, with a walk in the woods, barbecue on a campfire pan and relax in the Jacuzzi throughout the evening.
