BaliそしてCaliforniaのビーチリゾートを意識してデザインしたことからBaliforniaと名付けました。隣接する住宅が無い為、安心してアウトドアライフをエンジョイできます！通り沿いですので、明るい時間は多少の交通量はありますが、夜はほとんど車が通りませんので静かなプライベート空間となります。お部屋はリビングの他にツイン２部屋、フォース１部屋（ソファベッド２台）となります。最大８名まで宿泊可能です。（お一人様１台のベッドとなります）また、8名以上の入館をお断りさせていただきます。（乳幼児等は除きますのでお子様に関しましてはご相談ください！）ルールに反した場合、発覚したタイミングで退室いただき、返金も致しません。セルフチェックインで１５時チェックイン、１０時チェックアウトとなります。ペットの来館はお断りさせていただいております。衛生上の観点から原則的に調味料を置きませんのでご持参願います。若年者層による器物損壊や備品の紛失に悩まされております。若年者層のごく一部によるものですが、リスクを避けるためにもご予約は25歳以上の方とさせていただきます。

753 Kashima#3 ご覧いただきありがとうございます。こちらは、2024年4月にスタートの新築！屋上付き、天然芝庭付き一戸建の一棟貸しです。海と丘に囲まれたロケーションで、海が目の前に広がり、朝は鶯の囀りがとても清々しい気持ちにしてくれます。屋上からのオーシャンビューは素敵ですので、天気の良い日は屋上からの景色をお楽しみください。お隣はサーファーや地元の方に愛されるサンド屋GOGO FRANKYさんです。当方仕事の都合上不在にすることが多く、リネン管理等は地元の管理会社に依頼しております。ご不明点等ございましたらairbnbのお問合わせフォームよりお気軽にお問合せください。至らぬ点があるかもしれませんが、ゲストの方が心地良く滞在していただけるよう心を込めて努めてまいります。何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
