The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table.
