Several areas with both shade and sun. Outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Road all the way up. Only a few steps up. Washing water from pump on the terrace and drinking water is piped up. Take an outdoor shower or enjoy a lovely swim in the fresh water right below. You can fish for free, without a fishing license. The photos will differ somewhat, as they are taken from the sales ad. But the furniture is the same.

Annex by the lake

Annex of 15 m² next to the host's cabin, located 5 meters from the water. The cabin is west facing, with beautiful sun conditions in shielded surroundings. Enjoy the sun, water and forest, here it is both hiking, berry and mushroom terrain, you can also fish without a card. You'll hear the sound of both cows and chickens in the distance, and the wind rushing in the pine trees. *NOTE*: There is no road all the way up. It is a 200-meter row, or about a 500-meter walk from the parking. You live alone in the annexe, and the outdoor area is the fence in. Animals are welcome!

Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Cozy and charming granary near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.
