The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. The apartment is situated in the upper Floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a lounge, charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (10 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that with entrance of the barn the smell of horses is unavoidable.

Das Haus liegt in einer weitläufig bebauten Streusiedlung, die Entfernung zum nächstgelegenen Haus beträgt ca. 50 Meter. Außer den Gästen wohne ich als Gastgeber im Haus, die fest vermietete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss hat einen separaten Eingang von außen. Der Gästezugang befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ich als Gastgeber benutze den extra Eingang im Kellergeschoss.
