Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Luxury Alpine Chalet (230m2) in Mühlbach for 10 people with a fantastic view! 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and cooking island. MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11kW) and lots of (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. The cozy and warm look, wooden doors with a height of 220cm and subtle accents in the interior, make this chalet a Top Chalet!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

And for anglers, our private waters offer fantastic fishing for trout, grayling, char and carp.

Unique alpine house at 1600 meters overlooking the Carnic Alps. On a paved road you can easily reach the cozy alpine house in summer and winter. The hut is an ideal starting point for easy, medium or even demanding mountain tours. A nearby alpine inn is open year-round and is a good alternative to cooking yourself if needed. The hut is equipped with 6 beds in 3 rooms and a toilet, bathroom with tub and a kitchen with wood & gas stove.

The Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein, the town center, and the Schlossalmbahn cable car are just a few minutes away. Bad Hofgastein train station is about a 10-minute walk away. For flexible arrivals, we offer self check-in, so you can also arrive later.

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Stegstadl

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.
