Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The house is only about 150 meters from the highway. The penthouse apartment has been lovingly renovated by us and transformed into your personal urban jungle with numerous green plants. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which is accessible via an elevator and extends over the entire attic (85 sqm) + 2 separately accessible balconies (partly covered). Enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious balconies without adjacent neighbors or disturbing views.

From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
