A beautiful, new and spacious apartment (about 120 sqm) in the middle of Hilzingen. The quiet roof apartment is wonderfully located in the middle of the Hegau volcanic landscape and is the ideal starting point for many leisure activities and excursions. It is particularly suitable for families, couples as well as craftsmen and business travelers. Shops for everyday needs are in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is well equipped and a parking space is available.

The kitchen features modern white cabinetry and a black countertop. A stainless-steel oven and a stovetop are integrated with a dishwasher. Natural light enters through two windows, enhancing the workspace which includes an array of appliances, including a coffee maker and kettle.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized.
