Voorhuis van een boerderij. Wij wonen in het aangrenzende achterhuis. Volledig huis van alle gemakken voorzien, woonkamer, keuken, eetkamer, 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Ruim 100m2, 2 verdiepingen. Eigen tuin en parkeerplek. Keuken voorzien van vaatwasser, koelkast, nespresso en oven/magnetron. Badkamer met douche, toilet, dubbele wastafel en bad, wasmachine&droger. Haarsteeg is een rustig dorp, in de buurt van prachtige natuur, op 15 min.van de Efteling. Binnen 15 min in centrum Den Bosch.

Hoeve Coudewater is een zeer ruime eigentijdse vakantiewoning met privé-ingang en is onlangs gerenoveerd in een deel van een langgevelboerderij, waar ooit de koeienstal en hooizolder was. De woonruimte beschikt op de begane grond over een entree, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een eethoek en een zithoek met uitzicht op de koeienweide. Daarnaast zijn er in eigen tuin twee afzonderlijke terrassen. Op de bovenverdieping bevindt zich de badkamer en de zeer grote slaapkamer met "walk-in closet".

A quietly located house in Drunen in Brabant, a 1-hour drive from Amsterdam. Rotterdam, The Hague, Antwerp and Brussels can be reached in approximately 1 to 1½ hours. Cologne and Düsseldorf are approximately a 2-hour drive away. Located close to the Loonse and Drunense Duinen National Park. The Efteling and Den Bosch can both be reached in 10 to 15 minutes. The fortified town of Heusden, approximately 5 km away, is also easy to reach by bicycle. There are many golf courses in the nearby area.

Gezellig ruime woning op geweldige locatie

Het is een hoekwoning nu bijna 5 jaar oud. Heeft vrije parkeerplaatsen voor de deur en ligt aan een rustige weg. Het is licht ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een bone) koffiezetapparaat die heerlijke cappuccino tot aan espresso kan maken. Grote zithoek, 2 toiletten, badkamer met dubbele wastafel. Vanuit de schuifpui kom je buiten bij de grote eettafel en aan de zijkant van het huis hebben we een verhoogd terras gemaakt met lounge banken en fantastische openhaard.

Dit volledig ingerichte en vrijstaande bijgebouw biedt rust, privacy en alle gemakken voor een ontspannen verblijf. U heeft het hele huisje voor uzelf – er zijn geen andere gasten aanwezig. Geniet van de omgeving, de natuur en de knusse eenvoud van Casa Capila.

B&B Boerderij 1914 is gelegen in Haarsteeg, vlakbij Den Bosch en Heusden. In onze gerenoveerde koeienboerderij hebben wij een luxe gastenverblijf gerealiseerd. Het gastenverblijf bestaat uit een privé badkamer, zithoek, eethoek, koffiebar, aparte toilet en een heerlijk tweepersoonsbed! Parkeerplek op eigen terrein en een ruime tuin (2000m2)! Note: services zoals ontbijt, hottub, fietsen, opladen EV, enz zijn tegen meerprijs beschikbaar.

Luxe ingerichte accommodatie 2/4 pers. 3 of 4 personen mogelijk maar dan is het iets krapper. Midden in de Drunense duinen. Fantastisch uitzicht direct gelegen aan de bosrand. Uniek voor fietsen, bezoek Efteling, mountenbiken, paardrijden, wandelen en zwemmen. Volledig ingericht. Verblijf niet langer dan 5 nachten. Tevens mogelijk om een workshop keramiek te volgen in overleg met Janet. Keramiek atelier op het terrein.
