Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area.
