Mounthooly is at the head of the stunningly beautiful College Valley in North Northumberland just below the Hen Hole and Cheviot itself and is on the Pennine Way and St Cuthberts Way walking routes. The bunkhouse welcomes 24 guests to this wonderful location. Self-catering only. Walkers paradise. A perfect setting to explore the remote hills and see the abundance of wildlife. At night the only light is from the stars and moon, College Valley is designated as part of Northumberland Dark Sky.

The Cottage will appeal to many, it is bright, light and airy with a mix of period and contemporary. The kitchen has modern free-standing, stainless steel style cabinets, which extends into the terraced garden. The upstairs consists of 2 double bedrooms, the front room a lovely sumptuous double bed, the back bedroom another double divan style bed with superior bedding. The Cottage is in Town Yetholm amidst the spectacular scenery of the Cheviot Hills fantastically placed for walking, biking.

A warm living room features two comfortable sofas arranged around a central coffee table, with a log burner set in a stone fireplace. Shelves filled with books line one wall, while a television is positioned for easy viewing. Natural light filters through the window with patterned curtains.
