Vacation home with garden in Magolsheim, a hamlet of Münsingen. The house has a wooden floor that creaks softly from time to time and creates a cozy atmosphere. Magolsheim is surrounded by meadows, forests, and the former military training area, making it ideal for hikes. You can get to stores in 7 minutes, and for longer shopping trips, you can reach the Metzingen Outlet Center in 45 minutes or Ulm in 30 minutes. Nearby, you will find the Biosphere Center and a whisky distillery.

The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

A bike and hiking trail runs directly on the property with garden for shared use, playgrounds within walking distance. The town center with grocery store, café and post office is 1.5 km away. Valleys with their heathland, ruins and caves are popular destinations, as is the biosphere center in Münsingen.

We want you to relax well in a truly magnificent landscape (nature reserve) on the Swabian Alb and forget your everyday life for the time of your presence. The cabin is 732 m above sea level. Our hut is on the Swabian Alb at 72535 Heroldstadt near Blaubeuren. It is about a half-hour drive to Ulm and about an hour to Stuttgart.
