You can get to stores in 7 minutes, and for longer shopping trips, you can reach the Metzingen Outlet Center in 45 minutes or Ulm in 30 minutes. Nearby, you will find the Biosphere Center and a whisky distillery.

The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².
