Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

In the basement, but with daylight windows. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom in the hallway. Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

Relax in this special and quiet space. The apartment is almost completely south facing with large floor-to-ceiling windows. From the living room you have a view of the winter garden and the fire from the Swedish stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, egg cooker, spices etc) You do not need to worry about the bed linen, towels and dish towels. We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!
