Our 2-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom/toilet and combined kitchen/living room on the first floor of a single-family home in Maria-Thann is 4 km from Wangen im Allgäu. Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

A living area features a large brown sofa complemented by cozy throws. A wooden coffee table occupies the center, with a decorative candle placed upon it. A colorful area rug adds warmth to the floor, while a large black and white artwork of a cow adorns the wall.

Relax in this special and quiet space. The apartment is almost completely south facing with large floor-to-ceiling windows. From the living room you have a view of the winter garden and the fire from the Swedish stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, egg cooker, spices etc) You do not need to worry about the bed linen, towels and dish towels. The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
