The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Idyllically located apartment, bright, friendly and freshly renovated. Well-maintained condition and invites you to linger. Small smoking area and two parking spaces right by the house. The bike path starting at the house invites you to take a tour of the countryside. For hiking in the Danube Valley or Sigmaringen Castle or Lake Constance or the natural Baggersee, the apartment is very central. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

There is gastronomy here on site or various possibilities in the surrounding cities (Bad Saulgau, Bad Schussenried, Aulendorf).

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Just relax and enjoy your time – in the quietly located apartment. The apartment is in the charmingly located district of Pflummern. Surrounded by blooming apple meadows in the spring and great bus and Alpine views of the hills. The apartment is a good starting point for hiking routes such as the Biodiversity Trail. There is also a lot to discover by bike. The Danube Cycle Path is very close. There are numerous excursion destinations nearby.
