Accessing your Luxe account
Help with your login name
Your Airbnb login is the email address you used to sign up with Luxe. If you are having trouble remembering your login information, contact luxehosts@airbnb.com
Edit your email address
Edit email address on desktop
- Click Profile > Account > Personal info
- Go to Email address and click Edit
- Make your changes and then click Save

- Make your changes and then tap Save

- Go to Email address and tap Edit
- Make your changes and then tap Save
Your email address can only be associated with one Airbnb account at a time. If you no longer have access to the email address, we can provide you with a temporary password to reset the account. Contact luxehosts@airbnb.com
Change your password
If you know your current password, and you want to change it:
- Go to Account > Login & security
- Next to Password, click Update
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update password
- Log out of the app
- Follow the steps to reset your password

- Next to Password, tap Update
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Tap Update password
