In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. The house has a beautiful, large garden, with terrace and balcony. It is very idyllically located by a stream. Opposite are only meadows and the edge of the forest. Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden," in the romantic Grenzbachtal. The outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance of the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
