Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car.
