Our vacation home is located by the lake, consists of four apartments (sleeping/living area in one), laundry room (incl. dryer) sauna + steam shower. The large lake property is an adventure place and oasis of relaxation, for swimming, sun & nature, relaxing. The contrast to overflowing lakes. Well secured, only separated from the house by an access road. Plus shared: children's playground, barbecue, fireplace, dining areas, rowboat, 2 SUPs, washing machine, living room with covered terrace.

The chalet, built in 2018, is located on a sunny slope in the top row in the Almdorf with the best panoramic view, 1,300 meters above sea level and just a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). It is one of few private properties in Bled suitable for larger families/groups, plus it has a large private parking. Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria.
