Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Beach house on Fanoe Island, dk

Located on the west side of Fanoe, with nearby grocery shopping. 250 m via a path through dunes to the best beach on the island, where the north sea meets Fanoe. Her you can collect amber as well as other beach effects. The house is located on the Lee side of the dunes, where you will find a lot of wild fauna, from deer, ducks rabbits and pheasants just outside the window, don’t be surprised if the look at you through the glass. There are two lakes on the property, which creates joy for all.

Vores landlige lejlighed ligger placeret på 1. sal i de skønneste omgivelser med fred og ro. Her er masser at se på med kronvildt i baghaven og en dejlig stor sø omgivet af en parklignende have. En lise for sjælen omgivet af marker og gårde. Der er kun 28 minutter til E45 og du kan nå de nærmeste indkøbsfaciliteter i Rødding og Gram på 10 minutter. De nærmeste byer er Jels som tilbyder en smuk badesø, Ribe som er den ældste by i Skandinavien og Haderslev som er en meget smuk historisk by.

Idyllisk ferie og fiskehus med plads til familien.

Nyd lyden af ro i denne familie-børnevenlige bolig, som rummer masser af aktiviteter udover normen til alle former for børn og voksne. Boligen er topsikret til småbørn, Her kan der være gratis hjemmedyrket frugter og æg fra egne høns til fri afbenyttelse. Grunden fører ned til en “stor” å, hvor fisk springer fra! Udover en fantastisk udsigt, med kort afstand til bade sø, dyrehave eller Legoland mm. Vil boligen her sikre den hyggelige stemning. Evt. Mulighed for leje af bil og cykler.

Højer's best bakery located in a minute walk from the apartment, there is also within a short distance both ice cream shop, good food-shopping possibilities and many, lovely sights, including Højer Mill, Højer Sluse and many small artisans. Unsere Unterkunft liegt direkt am Deich und nahe zur Badestelle Südwesthörn. Die ruhige Alleinlage und Sackgassenlage ermöglicht unseren kleinen Gästen die gefahrlose Spielmöglichkeiten vor unserem Haus und Deich. Gerade auch die gesunde salz und jodhaltige Luft wird allen Gästen mit Atem Problemen sehr gut helfen wieder gut durchatmen zu können.
