Nice atypical 22 m² studio, located on the ground floor, not overlooked, offering an entrance with closet, living room with equipped kitchenette, shower room. This studio is partially underground. Private parking space. Small outside. 200 m from all shops of Saint Pair/sea and 50 from the beach. In Granville, we practice water sports, fishing on foot (the biggest tides in Europe) and hiking, we visit the Christian Dior Museum... Mont-St-Michel is under 1 hour.

The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.
