Perfekt für Berufspendler ist die 5-10 Fahrminuten entfernte Schweizer Grenze. Das Zentrum von Lauchringen erreichen Sie in 2 Gehminuten. Dort befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, als auch Restaurants und Cafés. Nächste Bushaltestelle: 2 min zu Fuß

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten, Teich, Fitnessraum, Wintergarten Sauna sowie ein Jacuzzi im Garten und Alpen-Sicht im Sommer wie auch im Winter. Das freistehende Haus kann von bis zu 6 Personen bewohnt werden. Es ist mit einer voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Wohn- und Essbereich , sowie 2 Badezimmern. Das Gelände ist voll umzäunt und bietet eine 100m2 grosse Wiese mit einen Teich (auch umzäunt). Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten Bauernhaus von 1850. Hallau liegt ländlich an der Deutschen Grenze zwischen Schwarzwald und Bodensee. Es fahren öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil. In zwei Gehminuten können Busstation, Lebensmittelladen, Bäcker und Bank erreicht werden. Wir sind kinderfreundlich und Nichtraucher. Ich betreibe eine Entenzucht. Die Enten befinden sich in einem der zwei Gärten.

Sunny room near Titisee

Nice room about 20 m² with bathroom en-suite in Breitnau-Tiefen in the Black Forest. You walk out of the door and you find hiking trails and cross-country skiing. A few minutes away are the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee and ski Lifts as well as Badeparadies Titisee. PLEASE READ ALL THE DESCRIPTION and look at the map to find out the location TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS!

Das Haus liegt in einer weitläufig bebauten Streusiedlung, die Entfernung zum nächstgelegenen Haus beträgt ca. 50 Meter. Außer den Gästen wohne ich als Gastgeber im Haus, die fest vermietete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss hat einen separaten Eingang von außen. Der Gästezugang befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ich als Gastgeber benutze den extra Eingang im Kellergeschoss.
