Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Living "in the middle of the field"

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube bike path and offers its own bike parking and e-bike charging facilities. The city of Atelier an der Donaulände is a special place to feel good. If necessary, there is also the neighboring Apartment ATELIER ROSÉ

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Living apartment incl. kitchen, bathroom/WC, anteroom, private entrance, enclosed private parking. The apartment is decorated in a rustic peasant style, which is located in a stylish former square courtyard. Our house is located on the edge of the Ostszentrum in a quiet location. The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous equipment and arrangement very well suited for business travellers and fitters.

A tranquil outdoor space features well-maintained greenery and stone pathways. A picnic table is surrounded by a lawn, while a small stone terrace holds a fire pit. The historic stone walls provide a rustic backdrop, with shrubs and trees enhancing the garden's charm.
