Across the road from Ir Yamim Mall. 7-10 minutes from Wingate institute & Shfaim water park. 20 minutes from Tel -Aviv I speak english,Russian, Romanian, italian a little bit of French. The very beautiful swimming pool can be heated, and lights up at night. A beautiful garden with synthetic lawn, and a trampoline will delight your family. VAT need to add for israeli citizen, only b2 paper can void the VAT.

100 meters lawn + private swimming pool on the top floor, A new house from the contractor (not lived in) . Designed , spacious and air conditioned :)The pool is fenced for the safety of the children:)Two huge bathrooms are designed. Of course, cleanliness and number 1 sterility with us. Beautiful house for a perfect vacation

Our place is located between Tel-Aviv and Haifa, 15 minutes drive from the beach . Our place is a Modern house, full-equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, great place for family with kids, the outdoor sitting areas are comfortable and relaxing, with Pool for children in Summer. Good exit point to travel Israel. Good for families (with kids) and big groups. We keep Kosher dishes in Passover.
