House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the yard in a separate building, which can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

"Välkommen" in our small, cozy, recently renovated beach cottage with terrace! It is located directly on the west side of our lake, which reflects a different enchanting sunset every evening. You get to the entrance via the terrace. There is a double bed (1.40 m) with a small additional bed (see photo), a table with comfortable chairs in the room and garden furniture on the terrace. A panorama-sauna on the lake and canoes are available for our guests free of charge!
