The surroundings are perfect for different types of leisure activities. The neighborhood has a great view of the reservoir, surrounded by very beautiful nature and rich fishing. There is a double bed on the ground floor and up to 4 people can sleep comfortably under the sloping roof on the upper floor. The flair of the old beams, the view from the window of the lake, canoe and our new BARREL SAUNA (included) make your stay perfect! Kitchen, shower and toilet are 20 meters away in the "grannys house", which all guests share!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
