På övervåningen finns fullt utrustat kök med spis/ugn, micro och diskmaskin. Planlösningen är öppen med soffa, TV och matplats för 6-8 personer. Tvättmaskin och extra frys finns i garaget som ligger vägg-i-vägg med lägenheten. Parkering finns i anslutning till huset. Gästhuset placering se planskissen. Egen trädgårdsgrupp.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Vill man vandra eller cykla finns Sotelden inpå knuten och till Ramsvikslandets naturreservat är det 9,2 km. Till Nordens Ark är det 15 min med bil, likaså till Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nära är det även till Fjällbacka.

Hamburgsund, Bovallstrand, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad och Smögen är några av de pittoreska kustsamhällen som du når med bil på ca 20 minuter. Bil är ett måste. Nordens Ark, Havets hus, Vitlycke och naturreservaten Valö, Ramsvik och Tjurpannan är fina besöksmål i närheten. Husdjurs och rökfritt! Välkommen!

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Semestra i denna stuga i det gamla fiskarsamhället Bovallstrand. Här omges du av pittoreska gränder med nära till hav och klippor men också till skogen med motionsspår 600 meter bort. I högsäsong finns 3 bra restauranger inom cirka 400 meter. Stugan är byggd 2012 med golvvärme och hög mysfaktor. Från terrassen har du en vacker havsutsikt. Behöver du arbeta med datorn eller streama filmer så finns fiber med internetanslutning på upp till 250Mbit/sek helt gratis. AppleTV finns i stugan.
