Stay by the sea with your own dock

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A bright dining area features large windows overlooking the water, allowing natural light to fill the space. A wooden table is set for dining, surrounded by chairs. A cozy bench with cushions invites relaxation by the view, enhancing the room's welcoming feel.

Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. House with big terrace, hot tub and close to the sea

Welcome to Kyrkesund! In our summer house there is room for friends and family. Here you live surrounded by nature and nice walking areas with proximity to swimming and attractions. There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There's also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 3 children's bikes are available and some helmets. Bedding is not included.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

A covered terrace features a wooden deck with a mix of seating, including black and white lounge furniture and a striped pouf. Large glass doors provide views to the interior, while a lantern adds soft illumination. The setting overlooks a natural landscape.

Welcome to the house overlooking Härön, Kyrkesund and the North Sea. The house is located on one of the highest points in Kyrkesund. You live in a quiet area. On the plot, there are rocks, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high-situated with views of the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.
