3-room apartment on the first floor in the center of cozy Hälleviksstrand. Close to cliffs and sea. Car (1st) is parked for free at the house in the yard. Access to garden and the apartment has its own part of deck with dining area and barbeque. The kitchen has most of what you might need. Household waste and compost are disposed of in two different bins in the yard. Shrimp shells are thrown into the reeds/water below the house on the property. Glass, metal, and cardboard are sorted and disposed of in the container at the swimming area. Note: You need to bring your own linens and towels.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

At the far west of Tjörn's coastline, you are welcomed to a quiet and family-friendly accommodation near Kyrkesund's idyll with nice swimming just a short walk away. Via your own staircase, you reach a magical plateau at the back with sea views and the lighthouse Pater Noster on the horizon. Hiking trails just outside, boules court and playground nearby. Modern, tasteful and cozy house with private, sheltered plot and large balconies with sun all day. Pilane's well-known sculpture park is just a stone's throw away.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.
