Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Hamburgsund, Bovallstrand, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad and Smögen are some of the picturesque coastal communities that you can reach by car in about 20 minutes. A car is a must. Nordens Ark, Havets hus, Vitlycke and the nature reserves Valö, Ramsvik and Tjurpannan are nice destinations nearby. Pet-free and smoke-free! Welcome!

Enjoy watching the sea and the weather change shape. Here you are sitting on the first floor and can enjoy watching the beautiful sailboats pass in the fairway through Havstenssund. The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
