Fristående hus på lantgård 8 km från Falkenbergs centrum. C:a 300 m till badstrand, 1 km till Grimsholmens naturreservat, Kattegattsleden utanför knuten. I det stora rummet finns köksavdelning med diskmaskin. Där är två enkelsängar placerade. En halvtrappa upp finns två sängar. En trappa ner badrum med dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin och strykjärn. Två uteplatser med en mindre resp en större trädgårdsmöbel. Madrass, täcke och kudde finns till sängarna. Lakan och handdukar har gästen själv med sig.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

An open living space features a high, sloped ceiling with exposed beams. A stone accent wall divides the room, while light hardwood floors contribute to an airy feel. A small kitchen area and a cozy seating arrangement are visible, complemented by wall art and a large round rug.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Bergsbo Lodge

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Här bor du i ett mysigt hus på vår gård, utsikten är fantastisk och det är inte omöjligt att få se dovhjortar och älg som betar på fältet. På baksidan finns en stor altan där man ser solen gå upp. Närhet till sjöar med fiske (fiskekort behövs) och skog, 9km till centrala Halmstad och 7km till Hallarna där det också finns restauranger. Vill man ta sig till havet finns det flera fina stränder inom 15 min bilväg. Frukost kan bokas kvällen innan.

Koppla av i nybyggd villa på landet! Huset ligger på höjd i söderläge och har tre fina sovrum, var och ett med dubbelsäng. Det största sovrummet har även en våningssäng. Huset rymmer upp till 8 personer. Det finns litet SPA-bad, altan, kolgrill, Wi-Fi, AC i alla rum, TV och fri elbils-laddning Huset har ett WC, ett kaklat badrum, öppet kök/vardagsrum som härlig sällskapsyta med hätlig braskamin Separat tvättstuga. Inga fester, kick-off eller arbete/konferenser tillåtna.

Sjönära med underbar natur runt hörnet

Ett fint litet hus på landsbygden perfekt för 3 personer. Huset ligger med skog, svamp, bär och sjö runt husknuten. Fiskekort går att lösa på plats samt båt finns att hyra. Närhet till skid och aktivitetsanläggningar. Det finns möjlighet att hyra en vedeldad badtunna. Huset ligger i anslutning till vårt boningshus med tillgång till stor trädgård med frigående höns. Vi är gästvänliga och bjuder gärna på historier och information om trakten. Mycket välkomna att hyra hos oss.

Fullt utrustat gästhus nära havet med trädgård

Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.

Gästhus med fantastisk utsikt nära naturen

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.
