Our 80 sq. m apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

**First occupancy July 2024** Our cozy and lovingly furnished new apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, right next to the Buchenberg cable car and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a large Edeka are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are minutes by car. The Tyrolean border and Füssen are just under 15 minutes away by car. Parking is available in front of the house.

Our holiday apartments at Raiffeisenstraße 3 and 3a in 87642 Halblech are ideally located in two new apartment buildings on a 2,600 square meter property. All apartments offer mountain views, and the top-floor apartments also boast views of the royal castles. All rooms feature underfloor heating and are bright and furnished in a modern yet comfortable style. In the basement, our guests have access to washing machines and dryers, a fitness area, and two saunas.

Haus am Lech

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Steffis Apartment

Family-friendly apartment on the first floor with mountain views and garden area. There are great excursion destinations in the surrounding area, as well as numerous bike and hiking trails. The apartment can accommodate two adults and two children. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid in cash on site. Breakfast is not included in the price, but we will be happy to pick up fresh baked goods from the bakery for you.
